- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio relativo a la proteccion del nino y a la cooperacion en materia de adopcion internacional", suscrito en la Haya el 29 de mayo de 1993.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la ley 265 de 1996 por medio de la cual se aprobo el "Convenio relativo a la proteccion del nino y a la cooperacion en materia de adopcion internacional", suscrito en la Haya el 29 de mayo de 1993.
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente decision a la Presidencia de la Republica y al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el articulo 241, numeral 10, de la Constitucion Politica.
