- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio Comercial entre el Gobierno de la república de Colombia y el Gobierno de la república de Polonia", suscrito el 26 de octubre de 1989.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE, por no ser contraria a la Constitución ni en su fondo ni en su trámite de expedición, la Ley 96 de 17 de diciembre de 1993 "por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio Comercial entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República de Polonia", suscrito el 26 de octubre de 1989".
- Tercero. Comuníquese al Gobierno Nacional -Presidencia de la República y Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores- para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241 numeral 10 de la Constitución Política.
