- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 449 de agosto 4 de 1998. "Por medio de la cual se aprueba la "Convencion Interamericana sobre Obligaciones Alimentarias" hecha en Montevideo, el 15 de julio de 1989.
- Tercero. Ordenar que se comunique la presente decision a la Presidencia de la Republica, al Presidente del Congreso de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el articulo 241, numeral 10, de la Constitucion Politica.
