- PRIMERO. Declarar que el proyecto de ley 09/99 Senado y 120/98 Cámara de Representantes, "Por medio la cual se autoriza la emisión de una estampilla pro-hospitales universitarios" se rehizo e integró por el Congreso de la República con arreglo a la sentencia C-922/2000 de esta Corporación.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar en consecuencia EXEQUIBLE el proyecto de ley mencionado en el numeral anterior y transcrito en el punto 3.4 de la parte motiva de esta providencia.
