- Primero. SOLICITAR al señor Fiscal General de la Nación que, dentro de un término breve y prudencial, informe a la Sala Segunda de Revisión de la Corte Constitucional, por intermedio del despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador, sobre el adelantamiento de investigaciones penales en relación con los graves delitos que fueron denunciados en la sesión técnica del 28 de junio como hechos punibles de frecuente comisión contra los menores de edad en situación de desplazamiento.
