Recurso de súplica contra el auto del 22 de marzo de 2011, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada contra los artículos 23, 119 y 445 de la Ley 906 de 2004 y los artículos 195, 280, 337 y 528 de la ley 1407 de 2010.
La Sala encontró justificado el rechazo de la demanda, toda vez que ni el escrito inicial, ni el de corrección, lograron desvirtuar la motivación que originó la inadmisión de la demanda y su posterior rechazo.
Se confirma el auto recurrido.
