1Article 12Article 23De La Ley 160 De 1936, El Poder Ejecutivo Dictará Una Resolución En La Cual Se Determinará La Diferencia De Que Se Trata Y Se Dispondrá Que El Asunto Se Resuelva Por Medio De Peritos Nombrados En La Forma Que Dicho Artículo Señala4Del Decreto 1270 De 19315De La Ley 160 De 1936 Y No Hubiere Proponente Que Le Siga En Turno, El Ministerio De Industrias Y Trabajo Dictará Una Resolución En Que Se Declare El Abandono De La Propuesta6De Este Decreto7Del Decreto 1270 De 1931, Este Término Sólo Se Contará A Partir De La Fecha En Que El Interesado Cumpla Lo Ordenado Al Respecto8De La Ley 180 De 1936 Deben Acompañarse Al Aviso De Que Allí Se Trata, Se Presentarán Al Ministerio De Industrias Y Trabajo Con Un Duplicado En Papel Común9De La Ley 160 De 1936, El Interesado Deberá Comprobar Previamente: 1º Que El Petróleo Crudo De Que Se Trate Procede De Explotaciones Y Se Beneficia En Refinerías Establecidas Bajo El Imperio De Las Leyes 37 De 1931 O 160 De 1936; Y 2º Que Los Productos Refinados, Derivados De Ese Petróleo, Se Dieron Al Consumo Interno Del País10Del Decreto 1270 De 1931
