Artículo tercero. Cuando en los casos de diferencias de hecho o de carácter técnico entre el Gobierno y los interesados, fuere necesario dar aplicación a lo previsto en el artículo 2º de la Ley 160 de 1936, el Poder Ejecutivo dictará una resolución en la cual se determinará la diferencia de que se trata y se dispondrá que el asunto se resuelva por medio de peritos nombrados en la forma que dicho artículo señala. Queda en estos términos sustituido el artículo 13 de Decreto 1270 de 1931.
