Quedan exceptuados de lo dispuesto en los literales a), c), d), r) del Artículo 6 los actos de aprehensión o apoderamiento en la caza y pesca deportiva, comercial, industrial, de subsistencia o de control de animales silvestres, bravíos o salvajes, pero se someterán a lo dispuesto en el capítulo séptimo de esta Ley y a los reglamentos especiales que para ello establezca la entidad administradora de recursos naturales.
