Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 28 de mayo de 1999 por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Villavicencio.
Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho fundamental a la educación de los demandantes y ORDENAR al Gobernador y al Secretario de Educación de Villavicencio, que en el término improrrogable de quince (15) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, si ya no lo han hecho, inicien los trámites administrativos encaminados a la provisión efectiva del docente faltante en el centro educativo de Quebradablanca en el Municipio de San Juanito, Meta.
Tercero. El Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Juanito Meta, vigilará el cumplimiento de esta decisión de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
