CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos en segunda y en primera instancia por la Sala Jurisdiccional del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca el 7 de diciembre y el 10 de noviembre de 2000 respectivamente.
- Segunda.- Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. Para efectos de la notificacion al actor se comisiona al director de la Carcel Municipal de Cota (Cund.), Casa de Gobierno. Oficiese.
