- CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Tercera, de fecha dos (2) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), en la acción de tutela instaurada por Carmen Yaneth Ríos Vega contra la Universidad La Gran Colombia.
- La Universidad respetará la condonación de la deuda que se mencionó en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
