- Primero. Confirmar el fallo proferido el cuatro (4) de junio de dos mil dos (2002) por el Juzgado Dieciseis Penal del Circuito de Cali, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Aris Serna Bermudez en representacion de su hijo Geovanny Idarraga Serna, en contra del Batallon Jose Hilario Lopez 56 Contraguerrilla.
- Segundo. Advertir al Comandante del Batallon Contraguerrilla No. 56 Jose Hilario Lopez, que autorice, una vez lo solicite la demandante, la prestacion de los servicios medicos que el senor Geovanny Idarraga Serna, necesite para su total recuperacion.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
