Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Girardota (Antioquia), mediante el cual se denegó el amparo, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de ésta providencia. No obstante, se previene al demandado para que adopte las medidas y mecanismos legales y presupuestales tendientes a garantizar hacia el futuro el pago de salarios y prestaciones laborales a sus empleados.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
