- Primero. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali, el 16 de diciembre de 1999, en la accion de tutela de la referencia, en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho de peticion y ORDENAR a la Gerencia Seccional de Pensiones del ISS, Seccional Valle del Cauca, que, si aun no lo ha hecho, resuelva en el termino de quince dias habiles a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, las peticiones que se le han formulado en cuanto a la pension de sobrevivientes del senor Jose Reinel Zuleta Ceballos, teniendo en cuenta el principio de favorabilidad. CONFIRMAR en lo demas la providencia aludida.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
