Primero. Confirmase por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, la decision adoptada por el Juzgado Veinticinco Civil del Circuito de Bogota, en la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Freddy de Jesus Sanjuanelo Carbonell, en contra de la Contraloria Distrital de Bogota.
Segundo. Ordenase a la Contraloria Distrital de Bogota que junto con la EPS Cafesalud a la que se encontraba afiliado el actor al momento del retiro, coordine todo lo necesario para la continuidad del tratamiento medico prescrito, realizando las gestiones correspondientes ante las distintas autoridades especializadas, como el Instituto Nacional de Cancerologia, a fin de que se garantice la prestacion de los servicios medicos oncologicos, tal como se recomendo en su examen medico de egreso.
Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
