- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Guadalajara de Buga Valle y, en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado por el senor Hector Eduardo Bastos Londono.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la EPS Servicio Occidental de Salud (S.O.S.), y a la Jefatura de Medicina del Trabajo Cali de la misma E.P.S., otorgar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia, la licencia de paternidad reclamada por el ciudadano demandante, la cual tendra todos sus efectos, es decir, el derecho al disfrute del tiempo que por ley le corresponda, en el evento en que no lo hubiere tomado.
- Tercero. Prevenir a la EPS Servicio Occidental de Salud S.O.S. Buga, para que se abstenga de comportamientos como el que dio origen a esta accion, so pena de las sanciones previstas por el Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
