- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juez Civil del Circuito de Montería el 15 de julio de 1996, por medio del cual denegó la acción de tutela interpuesta por ANA JOSEFA DORIA FLOREZ Y DORIS DEL CARMEN PEREZ PEREZ, y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería, que mediante providencia del 6 de agosto de 1996 confirmó el anterior.
- Segundo. CONCEDER, por los motivos expuestos en esta providencia, la tutela interpuesta por las accionantes para proteger su derecho fundamental a la educación.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la directora del centro educativo demandado, en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a firmar y entregar los diplomas de "Maestras Bachilleres" a las demandantes
- Cuarto. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de esta sentencia al Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Montería, al Tribunal Superior de Montería, y a las peticionarias de la presente acción de tutela.
