Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota Sala Penal, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo y DENEGAR la accion instaurada por ARMANDO TORIBIO SEGOVIA ORTIZ contra la UNIVERSIDAD CATOLICA DE COLOMBIA.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Universidad Catolica de Colombia, no dar validez a la actuacion de esta, mediante la cual de le concedio el grado de abogado al senor Armando Segovia Ortiz.
Tercero. ORDENAR al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura que si estuviere en tramite la tarjeta profesional del Senor Armando Segovia Ortiz, dicho Consejo se abstendra de expedirla.
Cuarto. COMUNIQUESE la presente Sentencia al Juzgado Treinta y uno Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, para que sea notificada a las partes, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
Quinto. COMUNIQUESE la presente sentencia al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura (Sala administrativa), y al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura.
