Primero. REVOCAR, el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., del 6 de abril de 1999, y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al mínimo vital.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Canal Ramírez Antares Editores S.A., para que en el plazo máximo de cinco (5) días, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, se asegure de cancelar lo adeudado al señor Gerardo González Rozo.
Tercero. ORDENAR al Juzgado
Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., verificar el efectivo cumplimiento de la orden dada en el numeral anterior.
Cuarto. ADVERTIR al representante legal de la empresa aquí demandada, que de no cumplir con la orden aquí impuesta se hará acreedor a las sanciones contempladas en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Quinto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
