- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el seis (6) de abril de dos mil uno (2001), por el Tribunal Superior Sala Laboral de Barranquilla, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurado por la senora Silvana Dorotea Torres Torres en contra del senor Manuel Santamaria Urbiena, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
