Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero única y exclusivamente por la razón expuesta en la parte motiva de la presente providencia, la sentencia proferida el 18 de junio de 1998 por el Consejo Estado, que confirmó, a su vez, la expedida por el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Atlántico el 13 de abril del mismo año, en el sentido de negar la tutela de los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y al debido proceso de MATILDE ISABEL VEGA RANGEL, solicitada en contra de la CONTRALORIA GENERAL DE LA REPUBLICA.
Segundo. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
