  1. Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida en el asunto de la referencia por la Sección Tercera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca de fecha 18 de marzo de 1999, mediante la cual negó la tutela incoada.
  2. Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDESE la protección de los derechos del accionante a una vida digna, a la salud, al mínimo vital y al pago oportuno y al reajuste periódico de la pensión de jubilación.
  3. En consecuencia, ORDENASE al demandado que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, cancele al actor la totalidad del bono pensional a que tiene derecho, siempre y cuando cuente con la debida disponibilidad presupuestal
  4. En caso contrario, dispondrá del mismo término para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a obtener los recursos necesarios para adelantar el pago del bono pensional tipo B.
  5. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de los trámites que el municipio pueda adelantar para lograr el pago de las cuotas partes a cargo de las anteriores empleadoras del actor.
  6. Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
