- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias objeto de revision y en su lugar ORDENAR que el Gerente del Hospital de Caldas E.S.S., si es que no lo han hecho, pague a LUZ MIRIAM GIRALDO OLARTE y MARTHA ADIELA DIAZ GARCIA los salarios y primas pendientes e indicadas en la solicitud de tutela, todo ello en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo si hubiese partida presupuestal; en caso contrario se ordena al citado Gerente iniciar dentro del mismo termino las diligencias necesarias para efectuar el pago ordenado para lo cual dispondra del plazo de un mes. Y, PREVENIR para que en adelante no se vuelva a incurrir en dilaciones que demoren el pago de salarios de los accionantes.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
