Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 21 de agosto de 1995, proferida en segunda instancia por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala Plena Laboral-, que revoco la proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Popayan el 2 de agosto de 1995, con base en las consideraciones expuestas.
Segundo. Librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
