- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del seis (6) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por el derecho a la seguridad social, a la vida digna y al mínimo vital de la señora Ana Rosa Leal Cortes. ORDENAR a la Alcaldía de Frontino, si no lo ha hecho ya, la cancelación del bono pensional dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de este fallo. En caso de no contar con la debida disponibilidad presupuestal, el mismo término se concede para adelantar las gestiones tendientes a obtener los recursos necesarios para adelantar el pago del bono mencionado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
