Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida dentro del proceso de la referencia por el Tribunal Superior de Montería - Sala Civil - el veinticuatro (24) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), así como la proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Montería, el diez (10) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996).
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida y a la salud de la señora Cecilia Quevedo de Estrella. En consecuencia se ordena a la Entidad Promotora de Salud, Saludcoop, que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48), contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a suministrar a la señora Cecilia Quevedo de Estrella la totalidad del tratamiento, especialmente el suministro del medicamento Sulfazalasina, tal como fue señalado por el médico tratante de esa entidad.
Tercero. COMUNÍQUESE esta decisión al Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Montería, para los efectos señalados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
