- PRIMERO. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Pereira, de 2 de junio del presente año; manteniendo el amparo que le dió a la protección de los derechos fundamentales del menor ROBERT ANDRES VALENCIA OSPINA, pero modificando en el sentido de ordenar que el Instituto de Seguros Sociales proceda dentro del término improrrogable de 48 horas, a dar al citado infante, EN SU TOTALIDAD, el tratamiento que le señale al paciente el médico del I.S.S. que lo ha venido tratando.
- SEGUNDO. Librense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
