- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes y por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca, Sala Penal, del 16 de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), mediante la cual se negó la tutela interpuesta por los señores Milciades Tautiva y María Laura Rivera de Tautiva en contra de Arturo, Carlos, Marcos, Carmen, Amparo, Rafael y Pedro Torres.
- Segundo. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General las Comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
