- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Dos Civil Municipal de Santafe de Bogota el dia 8 de mayo de 1998, y en su lugar conceder la tutela del derecho de peticion de la senora ELSA MARGARITA VEIRA ROSERO, contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social -Cajanal-.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social -Cajanal-, que en el termino de 48 horas contados a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda, si aun no lo ha hecho a resolver de fondo la peticion elevada por la senora ELSA MARGARITA VEIRA ROSERO.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
