- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de tres (3) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), proferida por el Juzgado
- Décimo. Penal Municipal de Medellín.
- Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDER la acción de tutela del derecho fundamental de petición de la señora Rosalba Gutiérrez Soto, ordenando a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, que dentro del término de 48 horas, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, resuelva la solicitud de reconocimiento y pago de la pensión de jubilación, presentada por la señora Rosalba Gutiérrez Soto, si para la fecha de esta decisión no lo ha hecho.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR a través de Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado
