CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion del senor Rito Jose Villa Utria, a quien la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social debera responderle por escrito y de manera clara, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, sobre el fondo de la peticion presentada.
