- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y cuatro Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, el diez (10) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por HILDEBRANDO RIVEROS REINA y en consecuencia se ordena a la SOCIEDAD COMPUTADORES TECNICOS COMPUTEC S.A, (DIVISION -DATA CREDITO) que en el improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, proceda a ELIMINAR definitivamente en sus centrales de información el registro de datos correspondiente a HILDEBRANDO RIVEROS REINA, en donde aparezca como deudor moroso respecto de obligaciones que tuvo en época anterior, por cuanto el solicitancte demostró haber cancelado la respectiva deuda.
- Tercero. La SOCIEDAD COMPUTADORES TECNICOS COMPUTEC S.A. (DIVISION DATA CREDITO), dentro del mismo término señalado en el ordinal segundo, deberá acreditar ante el juez de primera instancia, el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la presente sentencia.
- Cuarto. El desacato a lo ordenado por esta sentencia se sancionará en la forma prevista por los artículos 52 y 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Quinto. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
