- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Revocar la sentencia del Honorable Consejo de Estado, Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo, del 17 de marzo de 1993, mediante la cual se revocó la providencia del 17 de febrero de 1993 proferida por el H. Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca -Sección Primera-, en la acción formulada por el señor Ricardo Castillo Medellín.
- Segundo. Denegar la acción de tutela formulada por el señor Ricardo Castillo Medellín, en el asunto de la referencia, por las razones precedentes.
- Tercero. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Honorable Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Primera, para que sea notificada a las partes, conforme lo ordena el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591/91.
