- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Luz Marina Paniagua Álvarez como agente oficioso del señor Raúl de Jesús García Zapata. En consecuencia, CONCÉDASE el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDÉNASE al Gerente del Seguro Social, o quien haga sus veces que en caso de que no se hubiere hecho, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, autorice la práctica de la cirugía prescrita al señor Raúl de Jesús García Zapata desde el 8 de mayo de 2000, y otorgue el tratamiento que se requiera para su recuperación.
- Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
