- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos objeto de revisión.
- Segundo. El Juzgado de primera instancia aplicará las sanciones a que haya lugar, por desacato, en los términos del artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, si no se hubiese dado exacto cumplimiento a su sentencia.
- Tercero. En lo relativo a las sumas de dinero que a la fecha de notificación del presente fallo no se hubiesen pagado al accionante por concepto de indemnizaciones o intereses, deberá él incoar las pertinentes acciones ordinarias.
- Cuarto. REMITASE copia del expediente y de este fallo al Procurador General de la Nación para que investigue las conductas de los servidores públicos que, con sus acciones u omisiones, dieron lugar a los hechos que motivaron la tutela.
- Quinto. DESE cumplimiento al artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
