Primero. REVOCAR las decisiones materia de revisión, proferidas en los procesos T-300129, T-301204; y, en su lugar, CONCEDER las tutelas impetradas por los demandantes, protegiéndoles el derecho a la vida, a la seguridad social y a la debida protección a las personas de la tercera edad.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Compañía de Inversiones de la Flota Mercante S.A., cancelar dentro de los sesenta (60) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, la mesada pensional del mes de septiembre de 1999 a los tutelantes que no se les haya cancelado y, las mesadas sucesivas a todos, en el evento de que no se hayan pagado, hasta tanto se concluyan las gestiones adelantadas por la empresa demandada, tendientes a solucionar en forma definitiva el problema de la población pensional de la mencionada compañía.
Tercero. CONFIRMAR la decisión materia de revisión, proferida en el proceso T-277493.
Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
