PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia de segunda instancia de la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia del 6 de septiembre de 2000, en cuanto concedio la accion de tutela instaurada por Jeni Isabel Piedrahita contra el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Sala Administrativa, pero por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo. En consecuencia, queda en firme la decision que declaro la nulidad de la Resolucion 637 de 2000 del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y se retrotrae el procedimiento para los efectos indicados en la parte motiva de este fallo.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria se dara cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
