- Primero. REVOCASE la providencia examinada.
- Segundo. CONCEDESE la tutela y, por tanto, ORDENASE a la Subdirección de Prestaciones Económicas de CAJANAL que resuelva de fondo e íntegramente sobre la petición de CARMEN CECILIA CORNEJO DE ROMERO, en un término máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia.
- Tercero. ADVIERTESE a la Subdirección de Prestaciones Económicas de CAJANAL que no puede seguir violando en la forma en que lo viene haciendo el derecho fundamental de petición de quienes a ella acuden.
- Cuarto. COMPULSENSE copias al Procurador General de la Nación para las investigaciones correspondientes.
- Quinto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
