Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por los Juzgados Diecisiete Civil Municipal de Medellin (expediente T-405115), y por el Juzgado 1deg Penal del Circuito de Cienaga Magdalena (expedientes T-405268 y T-405269). En su lugar, NEGAR el amparo tutelar solicitado.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Treinta y Cinco Civil del Circuito de Bogota (expediente T-326894), y por el Juzgado Once Civil del Circuito de Bogota (expedientes T-327136 y T-327138), pero con base en las consideraciones aqui expuestas.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
