- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar las sentencias proferidas por el H. Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Valledupar -Sala Laboral, el día veinticinco (25) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), y por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Chiriguaná, el día diez (10) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), en las que se resolvió denegar la acción de tutela instaurada por Elvira Lucía Oyaga Daza.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Chiriguaná, César, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
