- Primero. CONFIRMAR las Sentencias proferidas por el h. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán -Sala Civil Laboral-, el veintidós (22) de enero de 1997, y por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casación Laboral-, el veintiseis (26) de febrero del mismo año, en relación con la acción de tutela instaurada por la Señora Luz Valencia de Uruburu.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al h. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán -Sala Civil Laboral- , en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
