Primero. Confirmar la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, de fecha siete (7) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995).
Segundo. Para garantizar el debido proceso ordenase a la Inspectora Decima "A" Distrital de Policia de Santafe de Bogota, que practique las medidas cautelares, conforme lo ordena la ley, en el termino de diez (10) dias, dentro de los procesos ejecutivos iniciados por el peticionario.
Tercero. Adviertase a los Juzgados 2deg y 35 Civiles Municipales de Santafe de Bogota, que deben practicar las medidas cautelares, conforme lo ordena la ley, para el estricto y fiel cumplimiento de sus deberes judiciales, segun se senala en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Cuarto. Comunicar la presente decision conforme se ordena en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
