- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el H. Consejo de Estado, de fecha 18 de noviembre de 1993, en el asunto de la referencia.
- Segundo. Notificar la presente decision al senor Alcalde Mayor de Santafe de Bogota, al senor Alcalde local de Ciudad Bolivar, a la Secretaria Distrital de Salud y al Departamento Administrativo del Medio Ambiente de Santafe de Bogota, instandolas a cumplir los deberes propios de sus respectivos cargos, en relacion con el funcionamiento irregular del lote de terreno ubicado frente al barrio Casa de Teja, calle 74A con cra. 15 sur.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decision al H. Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Primera para los fines del articulo 36 del Decreto No. 2591 de 1991.
