Primero. REVOCAR el numeral
primero. de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Jose de Pare, el veintiocho (28) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y ocho, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia y en su defecto, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion del senor Abel Lopez Burgos, ordenando a la alcaldesa de San Jose de Pare, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, de respuesta al actor.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR. El numeral
segundo. de la mencionada sentencia, en lo que hace relacion a los pagos solicitados por el actor.
Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados
