- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension del termino decretada para decidir el presente asunto.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia emitida por la Sala de decision penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla el 6 de mayo de 2002, en virtud de la accion promovida por Carmen Alicia Ballestas Bolanos contra la Universidad Libre - Seccional Barranquilla.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
