- Segundo. COMPÚLSENSE copias de toda la actuación surtida en el trámite de esta acción de tutela a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para que si es del caso inicie la investigación disciplinaria que corresponda y, eventualmente, adelante las gestiones que considere pertinentes si a ello hubiere lugar, ante la justicia penal ordinaria.
