- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del
- primero. (1) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994) proferida por el Juzgado 61 Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, por las razones expuestas en la presente decisión.
- SEGUNDO. Prevenir al señor Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil para que en lo sucesivo de respuesta oportuna a las peticiones que le corresponda tramitar en cuanto a la cedulación de los ciudadanos.
- TERCERO. LIBRAR las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los fines allí contemplados.
