- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 6 de noviembre de 2002 por el Juzgado
- Octavo. de Familia de Cali.
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos fundamentales a la integridad física, la salud y la seguridad social de Isabela Casanova López.
- Tercero. Ordenar al Seguro Social de Cali que, en las 24 horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, fije fecha para la realización de la cirugía de labio leporino y paladar hendido a la niña Isabela Casanova López, cirugía que deberá realizarse dentro de los 30 días siguientes. Ordenar que le suministre también el tratamiento requerido por el estrabismo que padece en el ojo derecho.
- Cuarto. Dése cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
