- Primero. SE CONFIRMA el fallo de segunda instancia, que a su vez confirmó, adicionándolo, el de primer grado.
- En consecuencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, el Alcalde Municipal tiene cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, para dar estricto y completo cumplimiento a lo ordenado, so pena de incurrir en desacato.
- Segundo. DESE aplicación al artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
